One-on-One Individual Therapy
Personalized sessions for adults, focused on managing anxiety, depression, and self-knowledge.
What does therapy really mean?
Individual psychotherapy is much more than just a conversation. It is a scientific and deeply human process of exploring your inner universe, conducted in a setting of absolute safety and confidentiality. Whether you choose to meet in my office in Iasi or online, the main objective is to decode together the unconscious mechanisms that influence your decisions, relationships, and well-being.
Methodology and Approach
My approach is an integrative and systemic one. This means I don't look at your symptom (whether it's anxiety, sadness, or insomnia) in isolation, but place it in the context of your unique life story. We will work together to identify:
- Thought Patterns: How do you construct your reality through your beliefs?
- Emotional Roots: How have early experiences shaped the way you react to stress today?
- Inner Resources: What strengths have you forgotten you possess and how can we reactivate them?
Many people reach out to a psychologist when they feel they have exhausted all other solutions. Perhaps you feel stuck in a career that no longer satisfies you, maybe an important relationship has ended abruptly, or perhaps you simply feel a diffuse unease that you cannot name. Therapy is the space where these feelings gain meaning.
Long-Term Transformation
Therapy doesn't just offer temporary relief of symptoms. My goal is not to make you dependent on me, but to help you become autonomous. Through a sustained process, you will develop what we call "psychological resilience" — the ability to navigate through the storms of life without sinking. At the end of our process, you will leave with a personalized emotional "first aid kit" and, most importantly, with a much kinder and more honest relationship with yourself.
